Palm Sunday at Olivet

The Olivet Choir led us in song -as we followed the children's band and waved the branches of palm trees!
The church website won't let me post these, or anything for that matter.. so I am posting them on the blog. Enjoy.

About Our Pastor

Growing up in the United Methodist Church, I first felt the call to Pastoral Ministry on a junior high retreat. I didn't say "yes" to the urges of my heart for a long, long time - as I really didn't think there was a place for me in church leadership. Perhaps God got it wrong, I thought.. or I misunderstood his call. But after a few years of trying to run and hide from God's call on my life, I finally stopped running and entered into the ministry.
I served on the pastoral staff of Eldbrooke UMC and Metropolitan Memorial UMC in Washington, DC until July 2008 when I came to Olivet UMC in Lusby, MD.
